基于结构动力学修改重分析的齿轮系统减振研究
A STUDY ON VIBRATION DEPRESSION OF GEAR SYSTEM BY MODIFICATION REANALYSIS OF STRUCTURAL DYNAMICS

摘要: 本文采用结构动力学修改重分析的思想,应用复模态的矩阵摄动法理论,研究了航空动力齿轮传动系统的振动特性及减振方法,提出了一整套齿轮系统振动分析和减振研究的理论计算方法,得到了一些具有工程实践指导意义的结论。Abstract: The complex Mode Theorem and Matrix Perturbation Method are applied to execution of the modal sensitivity analysis and the Fourier Series Method for calculation of the vibration responses.The dynamic characteristics of a complicated aerogear system,so-called star gear system,are elaborated thoroughly.The damping enhancement and modifications of other structural parameters for the vibration depression of the system are also considered in order to find the most efficient measures to minimize the vibration responses of the whole gear system.As a result,an accurate and efficient procedure for the dynamic analysis and redesign of viscously damped linear vibration system is developed,and some practically useful conclusions are drawn out.
