转子—齿轮联轴器系统的弯扭耦合振动研究
RESEARCH ON COUPLED LATERAL TORSIONAL VIBRATION OF ROTOR-GEAR COUPLING SYSTEM

摘要: 根据内齿轮副的啮合条件和拉格朗日方程,在旋转坐标系中建立了转子-齿轮联轴器系统的弯扭耦合振动方程。对方程进行数值积分求解,结果表明,对于对中良好的轴系,弯扭耦合与弯扭解耦时其瞬态响应的低阶频率值非常接近;对于不对中轴系,弯扭耦合会产生偶数倍频的弯曲振动分量和奇数倍频的扭转振动分量。Abstract: Based on the meshing condition of the gears,the constraint equation describing relations between the displacements in the centers and torsional angular displacements of the mating gears is derived.The coupled lateral and torsional vibration model of a rotor system with a gear coupling is developed with Lagrange's Equation and the constraint equation in rotating reference frames.The system of two Jeffcott rotors connected by a gear coupling has been analyzed numerically and the results show that the transient response frequency of aligned rotors approximately equals to the uncoupled model in lateral vibration,but the even-integer multiples of lateral vibration and the odd-integer multiples of torsional vibration are found out by the coupled model for the misaligned rotors.
