INVESTIGATION OF HEAT TRANSFER IN LABYRINTH SEALS

摘要: 本文通过实验测量了不同齿间隙和不同来流雷诺数直通式直齿、直通式斜齿以及台阶式直齿的换热情况,并从机理上分析了结构和流动参数对换热的影响规律。为便于实际应用,本文还根据实验数据给出了相应的关系式。Abstract: Heat transfer coefficients around labyrinth are the necessary boundary conditions and important parameters for the thermal analysis of construction in aircraft engines.Heat transfer experiments for straight-through conventional labyrinth,straight-through slant labyrinth and stepped conventional labyrinth are conducted under the conditions of different Reynolds numbers and gap widths.Effects of geometric and flow parameters on the heat transfer are considered physically.For the convenience of practical application,the relations are derived from the experimental data.
