跨音速压气机在非设计工况下动静叶相互作用的数值模拟
NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF ROTOR-STATOR INTERACTION IN A TRANSONIC COMPRESSOR STAGE AT OFF-DESIGN CONDITIONS

摘要: 本文计算了某跨音速压气机的一级在非设计工况下动静叶干扰产生的非定常流动。计算以准三维的Navier-Stokes方程为模型,湍流模式采用Baldwin-Lomax代数模式。主控方程用高分辨率的MUSCL型Roe格式离散,离散方程用高效的LU-SSOR方法求解。本文提出了一种完全守恒的动、静叶交界面处理方法。周期性边界处理采用Rai的方案。根据计算结果,讨论了非设计工况下动静叶干扰的机理。Abstract: A numerical method is developed for simulation of rotor-stator interactions in a compressor or turbine stage.This method solves quasi-three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations by an implicit high resolution finite volume method.A fully conservative method is designed to compute the inviscid and viscous flux at the interface of rotor and stator grids.Numerical results of rotor-stator interactions in a transonic compressor stage at off-design conditions are presented.The mechanism of rotor-stator interactions in this compressor stage is discussed in terms of the computational results.
