Abstract: An adaptive method for aeroengine modelling is introduced on the basis of an established original model.A weighing function and a series of correction factors are adopted.The value of the weighing function will be minimized when the correction factors are optimized so that the adaptive correction of the model and the part characteristics is accomplished.In order to validate the feasibility of this method,the test data of a given engine are used to revise its mathematical model and the part characteristics with the method.
