中心进气旋转盘流动与换热的数值研究
Numerical Study on Flow and Heat Tranfer in Shrouded Rotating Disk System with Central Air Inflow

摘要: 本文采用混合长度模型及共轭计算的方法对中心进气转静系旋转盘、腔内的流动与换热进行了数值计算, 并与实验结果进行了比较, 证明混合长度模型对转静系旋转盘、腔的流动与换热的计算是可行的。计算结果显示: 冲击区努赛尔特数最大值不在驻点, 而是偏离驻点一段距离; 随着转速和冷气流量的增加, 盘面换热总体加强。Abstract: The mixing length model and conjugation calculation were applied to the numerical simulation for the fluid flow and heat transfer process in a rotating shrouded disk with central coolant inlet.Comparison the simulation results with experiments indicates that the mixing length model gives quite reasonable prediction.Numerical simulation shows that:(1)the location of the maximum Nusselt number was offset from the stagnation point at a certain distance;(2)the heat transfer was enhanced with the increase of rotating speed and coolant flow rate.
