涡轮导向叶栅通道内紊流特性的实验研究

摘要: 本文对一种高压涡轮导向叶栅中的紊流特性进行了实验研究。在雷诺数为100000的工况下, 采用二维热线对叶栅通道内垂直于叶高的平面内的平均速度, 脉动速度, 及雷诺切应力相关系数进行测量。并结合以前通过五孔针测量取得的流场进行了分析, 得出了该叶栅中紊流参数的变化规律。实验结果表明: 叶栅端壁区的紊流流动, 基本保持各向同性; 通道涡和马蹄涡内存在高紊流度和雷诺切应力的紊流核心。本实验结果为分析研究叶栅端壁换热特性奠定了基础。Abstract: The characteristics of turbulent flow in a high pressure turbine cascade were investigated experimentally.The mean velocity,fluctuating velocity and the correlation factor of Reynolds shear stress were measured by means of two dimensional hot wire,within the several pitch/streamwise planes.The test Reynolds number based on the incoming flow and the blade chord was 100000.The measured results were analyzed in conjunction with the flow fields mapped by using five hole probe.In result,the distribution of turbulence parameters in the passage of cascade was found.The experimental results show that the turbulent flow near the endwall of the turbine cascade is to be fairly isotropic.There are turbulence cores within the passage vortex and horseshoe vortex,in which the turbulence intensity and Reynolds shear stress are quite high.
