Abstract:
The coupling vibration behaviors of a particular turbine rotor have been analyzed. The blades of the system were made of single-crystal nickel-based alloy and the disc was made of high temperature alloy of powder metallurgy. Therefore, the properties of these two kinds of materials were considered. The multi-coupling vibration of the rotor was studied comprehensively and the unique modal shapes were exhibited by the post-processing.Useful conclusions were derived for engineering application.
