Semi-Physical Real Time Simulation of Digital Control System for Microturbo-Engine

摘要: 本文以某微型涡喷发动机为工作对象,采用8098单片机作数字控制器,计算机当作模型发动机,具体介绍了数控半物理模拟试验系统概述、发动机数学模型建立、系统硬件总体设计、自适应模型跟随控制器及其软件设计;在此基础上建立了发动机数控实时半物理模拟试验系统并进行试验,结果证明:所设计的系统能实时地反映控制系统作用下的真实试车过程。Abstract: A microcomputer MCS-8098 digital control based on adaptive model with following speed control was built for microturbo-engine semi-physical simulation system.The system outline,computer engine model,hardware and software were discussed in detail.The results of the simulation show that the system not only completes real time control of the microturbo-engine but also provides a convenient means for FADEC system tests.
