用于管路的薄金属橡胶减振器的性能研究

摘要: 金属橡胶是一种高阻尼非线性减振材料,本文对金属橡胶薄片减振器的基本性能进行了实验研究。设计了单自由度系统,详细研究了不同参数的金属橡胶减振器对系统的特性的影响。大量实验表明,金属橡胶的成型密度、安装紧度、成型厚度、金属丝材料等因素对金属橡胶的减振效果存在不同程度的影响,且承受的激振力水平越高,其减振效果越好。Abstract: Metal rubber (MR) is a kind of nonlinear material of high damping ratio,and has been widely used in aircraft and spacecraft because of its marked damper characteristics.Several experimental investigations on basic performance of thin and small size MR damper has been carried out.We designed a one DOF system,and thoroughly researched the influence of MR dampers with difference parameters on the performance of the designed system.The results indicated that the formation density and thickness,the mounting tightness,the metal wire materials of MR have different effects on the damping capacity of MR.The higher the exciting force,the better the damping effectiveness.In working process,MR shows the soft behaviour,so the vibration,especially the intensive vibration,can be suppressed greatly,provided the construction parameters of MR are properly selected.
