篦齿式封严装置气动弹性稳定性研究
Stability Analysis of the Labyrinth Gas Seals

摘要: 随着航空发动机对高性能、高推重比的要求, 发动机上零部件的工作环境愈发恶劣, 此时篦齿封严装置的稳定性问题则显得非常突出。该装置沿周向作节径型振动, 在某些模态时, 密封气体的气动阻尼可能为负值, 使整个系统稳定性下降, 甚至出现不稳定状态。本文采用双控制体模型计算篦齿封严装置的气动刚度和气动阻尼, 然后应用有限元软件对篦齿式封严装置的稳定性进行了分析。Abstract: Aeroelastic stability of the labyrinth gas seals is important.Labyrinth seal vibrates as nodal diameter along the circumference,the reducing of aerodynamics damping in some mode makes the stability of the system reduced,even makes the system unstable.We used the double control volume model to calculate the aerodynamics damper and aerodynamics stiffness of the labyrinth seals under nodal diameter vibration,and analyzed the stability of the labyrinth seals according to the complex values which was calculated by the finite element software.
