某发动机中心螺旋圆锥齿轮组件故障研究

摘要: 本文对发动机附件传动中心螺旋圆锥齿轮联接螺栓的断裂故障,从振动、强度、工艺、材料多方面进行故障机理的研究,找出了故障发生的主要原因。文中对故障件进行模态分析,临界转速计算,强度和疲劳寿命的校核,得到了组件失效是由于齿轮干涉产生的激振力引起的疲劳断裂。Abstract: The spinal bevel gear is one of the key components in the accessory gear transmission system of aeroengine.By means of computing the modal properties,critical rotating speed,and stress levels,this paper investigated the fault mechanism of spinal bevel gears in various aspects of the vibration,strength,manufacture and material etc.The results indicate that the main reason of the failure is due to fatigue damage caused by the meshing forces between the gear teeth.
