轴流压气机动静叶片排非定常气动力分析
The Analysis of Unsteady Blade Force in a Rotor/Stator Axial Compressor

摘要: 采用二维N-S方程数值模拟压气机动静叶片排内流动。对于一单级低速轴流压气机中径处流动,计算结果与实验测量值吻合较好。采用傅立叶级数分析方法研究转静子叶片力脉动的频谱特性,研究表明:对于不同轴向间距动静叶排,动静叶片的非定常叶片力脉动基本由其一阶傅立叶分量确定。用一阶傅立叶分量近似叶片力脉动,推得只要扰动叶片排叶片数与被扰动叶片排叶片数不成整数倍,被扰动叶片排总气动力脉动幅值就趋于0。Abstract: Flow of the passage mid span section in a low speed axial compressor is simulated using two dimensional Navier Stokes equations.It is found that the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data.The characteristics of blade force frequency chart are investigated by using the Fourier series method.Results show that for different axial gaps between the rotor and stator,fluctuation of the unsteady blade force is mostly determined by the first rank Fourier component.Simplifying the fluctuation as sine function,it can be derived that as long as the number ratio of the disturbing to the disturbed blade row is not integer,the total unsteady blade force fluctuation from the disturbed blade row will approach to zero.
