涡轮导向叶片热疲劳分析

摘要: 某型涡扇发动机在进行地面性能试验时,高压涡轮导向叶片多台次出现了严重裂纹故障。本文以其失效分析为背景,推导出导向叶片瞬态温度场的计算方法,并对该导向叶片进行了瞬态温度场数值分析,进而得出导向叶片的瞬态热应力分布与热疲劳寿命的计算结果。同时对此故障产生的原因进行进一步的分析。分析的结果与该机地面性能试验数据基本吻合,因此,此分析过程可作为热疲劳寿命计算的借鉴。Abstract: On the basis of malfunction detection,the calculation method for the transient thermal field of the nozzle guide vanes for a turbofan engine has been derived,and the transient thermal field analysed in a numerical way.Moreover,the calculation results of the transient thermal stress and the thermal fatigue life were obtained.In this paper,further investigation of the nozzle guide vane failure is performed in detail.
