局部富油供油扩展燃烧室贫油点火熄火边界研究
A Study of Local Rich Fueling Design for Widening Combustor Lean Ignition and Blowout Limits

摘要: 介绍了燃烧室主燃区设计中熄火特性与综合性能间的折衷考虑,设计了火焰筒头部均匀供油和局部富油供油方案,并在全环试验燃烧室上进行了两种方案对燃烧室贫油点火熄火边界影响的对比试验,分析和总结了火焰筒头部局部富油设计方案的点火熄火规律。结果表明:局部富油设计可显著扩展燃烧室贫油点火熄火边界。Abstract: A compromise between lean blowout characteristics and overall performances in the gas turbine combustor primary zone design is introduced.A uniform and a local rich fueling designs of dome have been made,and tests for comparing the influence of the two designs on combustor lean ignition and blowout limits have also been carried out in an experimental annular combustor.Ignition and blowout regulations of the local rich fueling design have been analyzed and summarized.The results show that the local rich fueling design can widen the combustor lean ignition and blowout limits apparently.
