多孔隔热壁温度场气动传热耦合计算方法
Coupled Method of Flow-Heat Transfer to Calculate Temperature Field of Multi-Hole Wall

摘要: 研究了燃烧室多孔隔热壁温度场气动传热藕合计算新方法。特点是综合应用工程热力学、空气动力学、传热学(包括导热、对流换热及辐射换热)的基础理论,结合数值传热学的理论和方法,考虑了压力(压差)、流速(流量)、温度(温差)及热量等诸多参数的相互耦合影响的关系,包括气膜孔内壁与冷气对流换热的影响。所发展程序在给出燃烧室进出口必要的气动参数后,即可直接计算出带环状缝隙及多个气膜冷却孔的燃烧室隔热壁温度场。Abstract: A code was developed by using the basic principles of aerodynamics,heat transfer,thermodynamics and numerical heat transfer taking into account the compound relationship among pressure difference,mass flow,temperature difference and heat flux,including the influence of heat convection between cooling air and inner surface of film cooling holes.Using this code we can calculate the two dimensional temperature field of burner inner liner with annular slots and multi film cooling hole by giving the air/gas parameters at the inlet and outlet of the combustion chamber.
