摘要: 建立了考虑蠕变和应力松弛的航空发动机涡轮叶片等高温构件的持久寿命和低循环疲劳寿命预测方法。用该方法对某型发动机低压涡轮工作叶片在实际飞行载荷谱作用下的持久寿命和低循环疲劳寿命进行了分析。研究结果表明,所建立的寿命预测方法是合理可行的。Abstract: Accounting for creep and stress relaxations long-term life and low cycle fatigue life prediction method for gas turbine engine hot section is established. The long-term life and low cycle fatigue life of low pressure turbine blade for an aeroengine under real loading spectrum is analyzed by using this method. The results show that the established life prediction method is feasible.
