微型脉冲推力器点火瞬变过程特性分析
Analysis of the Transient Ignition Proccess of Impulsive Microthruster

摘要: 对微型脉冲推力器的点火过渡过程的瞬变燃烧特性进行了研究。选择dp/dt燃速瞬变燃烧模型,结合二维轴对称湍流N-S方程对推力器内流场参数进行了数值计算,获得了推力器点火过程的压强-时间p-t曲线以及推进剂内部温度分布情况。该数值模拟结果与作者获得的推力器试验结果基本一致,说明dp/dt模型也能适用于点火升压速率较高的情况。Abstract: Study of ignition transient characteristic of impulsive microthruster was conducted. The internal flow field of microthruster was simulated numerically by solving a 2-D symmetrical N-S equation with dp/dt transient combustion model and k-ε turbulent model. The pressure-time p-t curves and heat transfer status inside solid propellant were both obtained simultaneously. Compared with the test result,it is showed the transient model used in the numerical simu-lational is suitable for the phenomenon here.
