发动机附件三维布局方法研究

摘要: 探讨了基于发动机和其附件数字模型的三维自动布局。参考二维大规模集成电路板布局算法,结合发动机的结构特点采用了"二维扇形投影距离"的方法,简化了三维空间最短距离的描述。结合布局规则,在多约束条件下,应用改进的优化算法,实现了对发动机附件的自动布局。在本文的示例中总共布局14个附件,耗时20分钟。Abstract: The 3D auto layout method is studied that is based on the numeric model for engine and it's accessories.The 2D LSI (Large Scale Integration) layout arithmetic is uesd for reference.The 3D minimum distance is changed into 2D using the method of "2D sector projection distance" according to the structure.This method simulates the real situation of the pipe connection of all the accessories well.It is developed that the software of 3D automatic layout is combined with the optimizing arithmetic and the rules of realities that have been summarized.So that the layout for 3D engine accessorise is realized.14 accessories have been placed as an example in this thesis.It takes nearly 20 minutes to complete it.
