Abstract:
Based on Ansys FEM method,the Influences of the axial dimensional disposition of sealing pieces in the axial arrangement,under the conditions of different pressure differentials,on the hysteresis and contact pressure of finger seal mechanism have been studied in the current work.A sandwichlike axial arrangement form which has relatively advantageous matching relationship between hysteresis and contact pressure has been shown.The research work here shows that the axial arrangement has quite consideralle influence upon the performance and service life of finger seal mechanism,and therefore the optimization of axial arrangement should be taken into consideration in the optimized design of finger seal construction.
