“堵塞”技术在发动机高空模拟试验中的应用研究

摘要: 通过对发动机高空模拟试验推力的确定方法与修正方法的分析,从理论上阐明了"堵塞"技术在发动机高空模拟试验中应用的机理和适用条件。通过对罗.罗公司高空台斯贝发动机和某高空台上涡喷发动机"堵塞"试验结果的分析,证明了"堵塞"技术在带收敛喷管的发动机高空模拟试验中应用的可行性和合理性。本文研究结果拓展了HB6213[1]中推力计算公式和推力修正公式的适用范围。Abstract: Through the process analysis of determining engine thrust and converting engine thrust of the simulated altitude test,the application mechanism and its applied conditions of the "nozzle blockage" technique in the simulated altitude test of aero engine with the convergent nozzle are clarified.By means of the result analysis of the "engine jam" experiment on Spey engine in the simulated altitude test facility of the Rolls Royce company and on turbojet engine in a simulated altitude test facility,the application feasibility and its rationality are made clear of the "nozzle blockage" technology in the simulated altitude test of the aero engine with the convergent nozzle.The research results extend the workable and applicable scope of the thrust calculation and correction formula of HB6213,which stands for the performance correction standardization of the altitude simulated test of the turbojet and turbofan engines.
