矢量喷管壁温分布的数值计算研究

摘要: 计算了矢量喷管的对流和辐射换热及壁温的二维分布,考虑了对各热部件采用相应的冷却方式,比较了不同的气膜冷却模型对喷管扩张调节片的冷却效果,计算喷管的辐射换热时分光谱进行,考虑喷管内燃气参数的三维分布,编制了对轴对称矢量喷管、圆转方二元矢量喷管、球面过渡段矢量喷管在加力与非加力状态下均适用的计算程序,并给出了几个算例的计算结果。结果表明:偏转矢量喷管的壁温沿周向有明显变化,沿偏转方向的壁温较低,相反方向的壁温较高。Abstract: With a view to study heat transfer process occurring in vectored nozzle installed in aero engine,convection and radiation heat transfer and 2 D distribution of wall temperature in nozzle are computed in this paper.Related cooling method for heated parts are considered and cooling effectivenesses of different film types on expandable regulating part of nozzle are compared.Computation of radiation heat transfer is carry out for a series of spectrums and 3 D distribution of gas temperature and pressure is considered.A general program suitable for axisymmetric symmetrical vectored nozzle,circular to rectangular vectored nozzle and spherical traversing vectored nozzle,both in after burning condition and non after burning condition is developed and computed results of several samples are presented.The results show that the temperature of deflected vectored nozzle varies apparently along the circumference,temperature along the deflecting direction is lower than that of the opposite direction.
