金属橡胶阻尼器在转子系统中的应用

摘要: 对带鼠笼式弹支和金属橡胶阻尼器的氢涡轮泵转子进行了试验研究。作为组合支承,金属橡胶阻尼器有它独特的优点,应用在氢涡轮泵转子上,其减振效果很明显。从接近一阶临界转速的试验来看,加阻尼器时转子系统的振动较未加阻尼器可降低90%左右。并与理论计算结果进行了对比,对比表明,其中两个临界转速点有很好的一致性。与其它类型的减振器相比,其制作工艺、安装条件几乎不受任何限制。Abstract: Metal Rubber (MR) is a new damper material,and it offers elasticity of rubber.Theoretical and experimental investigation of hydro turbopump rotor system showed that MR has special advantages as a combined bearing.It can reduce vibration effectively.From the data of tests conducted at the rotating speed very near the first critical rotating speed,it can be seen that the vibration level of rotator with MR damper as its bearing system is reduced by 90%.Other advantages of the MR damper are its easy making craft and good installation conditions.
