控制参数对磁悬浮轴承转子系统动态特性的影响

摘要: 对某磁悬浮轴承转子系统的动态特性进行理论分析与实验研究,讨论了系统的固有频率、刚度及阻尼与控制参数的关系。结果表明,控制参数的变化对系统第一阶弯曲固有频率值的影响很小,只能通过改变转子本身的尺寸,使转子工作转速远离该阶弯曲固有频率。另一方面由于支承阻尼过小且控制参数的调节范围有限,易造成转子在亚临界或超临界运行时因振幅过大而与轴承发生碰撞。Abstract: Dynamic characteristics of turbine expender supported by magnetic bearings are studied in this paper.The relationships among innate frequency,stiffness and damping,and control parameters are discussed.It has been found that adjustment of control parameters has less influence on the first bending critical speed.On the other hand,little damping by control parameters will cause collision easily between the rotor and bearings.
