跨音风扇转子叶片抽吸气数值实验探索

摘要: 通过选择合适的位置,在叶片表面开缝,从流道中抽取一定量的气体,可以在一定程度上改善流动性能,从而对风扇转子的效率和压比产生影响。ATS-2跨音风扇转子计算实例表明,吸气后分离区明显减小;在很小的吸气量和开缝面积情况下,已经能够对风扇的效率和压比产生明显的正效果。在叶片不同的位置吸气,产生的效果也各不相同。适当增加开缝面积和吸气量,有利于吸气的正效果。Abstract: The efficiency and pressure ratio in a fan stage can be affected,by means of removal of mass flow from the passage.With properly chosen positions and with holes or slots on the suction side of the blades,the fan rotor behaves better in terms of performance.Calculations of a transonic fan rotor,ATS-2,show that the separated-flow area has been observably reduced,and that positive impacts have been observed even with small bleeding mass flow on the rotor.The results also indicate that the bleeding location has a significant impact on the performance.And with adequate air removal,the effect becomes more distinct.
