基于部件匹配技术的涡扇发动机起动过程数值模拟

摘要: 为了克服通用部件特性模型计算不同的发动机起动过程带来的计算误差,本文发展了基于发动机部件匹配仿真原理的一维数学模型和软件,研究涡轮发动机的起动过程。并对某小型涡扇发动机起动过程进行了计算分析。从计算结果看出,本文发展的方法捕捉到了起动过程高压压气机出口压力在达到稳定之前出现的跳越现象,而且计算结果还表明,在起动的初始段,燃烧室存在富油燃烧现象。Abstract: Because general simplified component-level engine start models were based on sub-idle steady-state operating line relationships,these models are not capable of simulating startup well for different engine starting operations.In this paper,a new one dimensional mathematical model based on component matching principles has been developed for simulating engine startup.A small turbofan engine starting operation as an example was simulated by using this model.According to modeling results,we find that the model developed in this paper captured a small pressure overshoot prior to stabilizing and combustor blowout in initial accelerating phase.
