多级轴流压气机级间参数测量的试验研究

摘要: 较详细地介绍了某多级压气机修改前后,利用叶型受感部测取各级转子出口总压、总温分布的试验方法和结果。试验结果证明该方法是可行的,得到的转子出口流场数据是可信的。叶型受感部较大限度地降低了插入式探针对转子出口流场的干扰,为研究多级压气机级间匹配关系探索了一种新的测量方法。Abstract: This paper details the experimental methods and results using the airfoil sensors to measure total pressure and total temperature distributions behind the rotors in a multistage axial-flow compressor.The experimental results demonstrate the experimental method is feasible,and the flow field data measured behind the rotor are believable.The airfoil sensors can decrease the influence of a plugged probe in the flow field behind the rotor.This paper investigates a new measuring method for studying matching in stages of multistage compressor.
