Characteristic of Flow Resistance and Heat Transferin a Turnover Variable Cross-Section Channel with Different Rib Pitches

摘要: 实验选取航空发动机涡轮叶片中段内部冷却通道为研究对象,对横肋变截面回转通道内不同肋间距的气流流动阻力和换热特性进行了实验研究。通道进口雷诺数在7000到60000范围内。实验结果表明,随着雷诺数的增加,不同节距比通道阻力系数降低;不同节距比对通道阻力系数和通道平均努塞数的影响呈多峰分布。Abstract: Experimental investigation of a turnover variable cross sectional area channel with transverse ribs of different pitch has been carried.Specimen used is the mid-span section of an actual aero-engine turbine blade.It is aimed at studying the flow resistance and heat transfer characteristics of the channel with different rib pitch to rib height ratios.The inlet Reynolds Number is ranged from 7 000 to 6 000.Experimental results show that with the increase of inlet Reynolds Number,the flow resistance coefficient decreases.The effect of rib pitch to rib height ratio on the averaged flow resistance coefficient and the averaged Nusselt numbers reveals a multiple peak distribution.
