摘要: 借助于局部综合法,研究了非零变位弧齿锥齿轮的切齿设计。通过变位系数的选择,改善了齿面结构,提高了弧齿锥齿轮的承载能力;由局部综合法,利用二阶接触参数的可预控性,从而优化弧齿锥齿轮的啮合性能。从分圆型变位齿轮与Gleason轮坯计算所得齿轮之间的比较可以看出,由于节锥不变,轮坯外形尺寸不变,通过变位,齿根厚度增加,且在相同的大轮负荷力矩下,变位齿轮的最大拉伸应力、最大压缩应力和最大接触应力明显降低。Abstract: Based on the local synthesis method,the tooth cutting of non-zero modified spiral bevel gear was researched.By proper selection of the spiral bevel gear modification coefficients,the load bearing capacity can be raised and the structures of the tooth surface can be improved.Based on the local synthesis method, the meshing behavior is optimized with the help of controllability of the second order contact parameters.Comparison between the non-zero modified spiral bevel gear and the gear based on Gleason formula,tooth root thickness is added up,the maximal tension stress,compressed stress and contact stress of non-zero modified spiral bevel gear are markedly reduced.
