地效翼船用涵道螺旋桨的设计试验

摘要: 以涵道螺旋桨取代开式螺旋桨,既满足了小型地效翼船起飞状态的推力需求,也在一定程度上弥补了开式螺旋桨叶尖打水的缺陷。本文建立了涵道螺旋桨桨叶的涡强度分布模型,以涵道螺旋桨的涡强度分布函数代替描述开式螺旋桨涡强度分布的Prandtl动量损失函数,将最小能量损失的设计方法推广到涵道螺旋桨的设计,从而建立了一套完整的涵道螺旋桨的工程设计方法。设计模型的风洞实验结果同理论计算基本吻合,证明了设计方法的可行性。Abstract: Ducted fan is recommended as a small WIG (wing in ground-effect) craft propulsion system instead of a propeller,because it not only provides enough startup thrust but also keeps the water from disturbing the propeller tips.The vortex distribution model of the ducted fan was established,and the numerical results were used to substitute the Prandtl Loss.Through the extension of Betz conditions to the ducted fan, a complete method of ducted fan design was established.The performance of a ducted fan model tested in the wind tunnel shows a satisfactory result.
