昆仑发动机发射武器防喘控制系统的研制

摘要: 本防喘系统为某型歼击机研制,采用了数字式防喘控制器,能适应战斗机发射多种武器的要求,可按不同弹位、不同弹种和发射导弹时的不同飞行条件实现不同的控制规律。通过试验室物理模拟试验、火风洞温度畸变试验、地面和飞行台吞噬火药气体试验、高空台试验,优选了防喘控制规律,完成了全飞行包线的实弹考核飞行试验。研制过程中采用发动机进口热扰动参数和防喘系统有效性准则来评价防喘系统的工作能力,使研制工作逐步规范。Abstract: This paper presents the development of KUNLUN engine surge preventive control system.It describes the design method and the validity check criteria,which is used to evaluate the effectiveness of this system.The digital dual-redundancy controller satisfies the weapon launching requirement of a fighter with multi-kind missiles and cannon.Its anti-surge performance has been demonstrated successfully in the evaluation flight test throughout its flight envelope.
