大小叶盘结构连续参数模型和振动模态

摘要: 给出了用于研究大小叶片整体叶盘结构固有振动特性分析的连续参数模型。模型用 Timoshinko梁模拟叶片 ,用平板模拟轮盘 ,并在叶片和轮盘间引入弹簧元件模拟叶片和轮盘间的耦合关系 ,简化了两者间的边界条件和连续性条件。采用 Gram-Schmidt方法生成正交多项式作为李兹容许函数进行模型的离散化 ,简化了所得到的频率方程求解过程 ,有利于求解过程的数值稳定性 ,并可方便地通过对方程系数性质的分析了解结构振动模态的性质。利用上述的分析原理和求解方法 ,进行了简化的大小叶片整体叶盘结构的计算 ,计算结果与有限元计算结果具有很好的一致性Abstract: The continuous parameter model which was used to investigate the splitter vane rotor was introduced.The blades of the model were Timoshinko beam and the disc was treated as thin plate.The boundary conditions and the continuity conditions were satisfied by means of artificial springs introduced between the disk and the blades,which greatly simplified the choice of admissible function in Ritz procedure.The model was solved by the Ritz method,and the orthogonal polynomials generated by the Gram-Schmidt process were employed as admissible function for both disk and blades.With this approach,the matrix derived from kinetic energies becomes diagonal and numerical manipulation can become easy and stable.At last,a splitter vane rotor structure wass investigated using the Combined Model of the present work.Some results were compared with those obtained by professional FEA software ANSYS.Very good agreement among the results is demonstrated.
