滚动轴承加工质量与振动的灰色关联度
Grey Correlation of Vibrationwith Rolling Bearing’s Machining Quality

摘要: 已经证明零件的加工质量对轴承振动会产生一定的影响,但现有的研究没有比较各种质量指标对轴承振动的影响程度。为此,通过实验研究,比较并评价不同性质的加工质量指标对轴承振动的影响程度。在研究中,采用两种航空轴承。考虑到统计理论的适用条件,采用了灰色系统理论。研究结果表明:结构尺寸误差参数对轴承振动的影响比较大,宏观形状误差参数和微观形貌参数对轴承振动的影响比较小。这表示轴承的宏观形状误差和微观形貌误差已经达到比较高的质量水平,以至于对轴承振动的影响不再成为主要因素,而轴承的结构尺寸参数及其公差存在着设计方法上的一些问题,从而成为影响轴承振动的主要因素。Abstract: It was proved that vibration was affected by machining quality of the rolling bearing elements.Unfortunately, current research did not show the degree of influence caused by each kind of quality index.Because that different machining quality index has different contributions to the rolling bearing’s vibration,so enhance machining quality without clear understanding what index is key to the problem could have no advantage in controlling vibration.Degree of influence caused by machining quality on the rolling bearing’s vibration was compared and evaluated by experiments.Two kinds of aeronautical bearing were selected for testing in this investigation.Considering the un-suitability of statistics theory,grey system theory was introduced.The results show that parameters of structural dimension error exert greater effect on the rolling bearing’s vibration than that of macroscopic parameters of form error and microscopic parameters of shape.Consequently,macroscopic parameters of form errors and microscopic parameters of shape are minor factors for high quality machining bearings selected,while parameters of structural dimension errors and its tolerance are thought to be the main factors.
