Structure Reliability Evaluation of a Gas Turbine Disk

摘要: 针对传统涡轮盘确定性应力和寿命计算上对参数分散性考虑的不足,采用应力—强度干涉法和模糊概率积分法(FPI)计算某型航空发动机涡轮盘关键位置的结构可靠度,将两种方法结果进行对比分析,说明FPI方法的有效性和快速性,并分析了干涉法计算中的某些近似对可靠度计算结果带来的影响,最后采用FPI方法计算了整个涡轮盘的结构可靠度分布,该结果对掌握整个涡轮盘的可靠度水平及对涡轮盘进一步设计具有参考价值。Abstract: Some deficiencies existed in the traditional deterministic stress and fatigue analysis of gas turbine disk,for example,it cannot quantify the influence of discrepancies in the structure design variables.The stress-strength interference method and Fuzzy Probability Integral (FPI) method,which can quantify these discrepancies,were applied to evaluate the structure reliability of the turbine disk.Result shows FPI method is rapid and effective.The influence of approximations existing in the interference method was also studied.At the end FPI method was used to evaluate the whole disk reliability distribution.This result is helpful not only for understanding the reliability level of the whole disk but also for the further design of the disk.
