镍基粉末冶金高温合金的压缩疲劳性能研究
Study of Compression Fatigue Mechanism of Ni-Based Powder Metallurgy Superalloys

摘要: 对镍基粉末冶金高温合金的压缩强度和压缩疲劳性能进行了试验,结合拉-拉应变疲劳试验数据,证明粉末冶金高温合金具有良好的耐压能力,抗压强度极限比抗拉强度极限高出约50%。不同载荷形式的疲劳试验结果发现,粉末冶金高温合金试样的压-压疲劳性能十分优良,不易产生压缩疲劳破坏。对试样的破坏断口进行了扫描电镜分析,初步分析了材料在不同疲劳载荷作用下的细观破坏机理。Abstract: Static compressive test for the studying of compression strength and compression fatigue mechanism of Ni-based Powder Metallurgy (PM) superalloys were conducted and compared to the tensile-tensile strain fatigue.It can be seen that the compressive strength limit of PM is very high,50% higher than the tensile strength limit.The fatigue test with different loading proved that the compression fatigue property of PM was better than the tensile fatigue property,because the compression fatigue failure was very hard to occur.The fatigue mechanism of PM was also investigated using the Scanning Electronic Microscope (SEM).The photos of SEM show that the formation and spreading of the microcrack finally cause the crack.In the compressive fatigue test,the photos show no evidence of crack.
