Abstract: Two computational methods,Efficiency/Air Excess Coefficient Method (EAEC) and Enthalpy Conservation Method (ECE),for gas temperature measurement based on gas components analysis were presented.The EAEC method uses air excess coefficient and combustion efficiency for gas temperature calculation.EAEC method can further be divided into reheat method and full components method.For the ECE method,the gas temperature is calculated based on gas components and their enthalpy.These methods have already been used for the gas temperature measurement at the exit of the high temperature rise combustor.
