Temperature Fields Calculation of Fiber Reinforced Composite at Micro-Level

摘要: 对高阶理论的原始算法进行了改进,采用界面的平均温度替代了假设温度函数的系数做为求解的未知量,并利用了子胞的热传导方程,建立了热流与平均温度间的关系,进一步求解出温度场。改进后使求解的方程数目减少了大约60%,求解时间大大缩短;并且消除了亚子胞的概念。结果表明,该方法计算的复合材料细观温度场结果与理论解和有限元解具有较好的一致性。Abstract: The efficient reformulation of higher-order theory was deduced.In this approach,averaged quantities at the interface were the primary variables,and the averaged quantities were used to replace the coefficient of temperature.By using the heat exchange equations,the relationship between heat flux and average temperature was established,and temperature field was solved.This procedure reduces the number of equations involved and eliminates the concept of generic cells.The temperature fields of fiber reinforced composite at micro-level were calculated.Numerical results agree well with the available results from finite elements and theoretical analysis.
