非线性支承转子的动平衡
Rotor Balancing Taking Nonlinear Stiffness Characteristics into Account

摘要: 影响系数法是利用线性系统中校正量和被测量之间的线性关系进行转子动平衡。实际应用中,转子系统往往是支承在具有非线性刚度的轴承上。由于线性假设不成立,直接使用影响系数法进行转子动平衡将十分困难。本文运用Lagrange方程和柔度影响系数,建立了非线性支承多盘转子系统的动平衡计算模型,提出了运用优化算法对非线性系统进行等效线性化来平衡非线性支承转子的方法。计算实例表明转子由不平衡量引起的振动得到了大幅度减少,达到了非线性支承转子动平衡的目的,效果良好。Abstract: The linear relationship between the corrected value and measured value is used to balance the rotor in the influence coefficient method.When rotor are supported on the bearings having nonlinear stiffness characteristics,it would be difficult to balance the rotors since linear hypothesis would not be valid.The motion equation of a multiple-degree rotor system is formulated by using Lagrange equation and flexibility influence coefficients.The equivalent linearization model of the nonlinear multiple-degree system is used to balance the nonlinear system in this paper.The example shows that the vibration response caused by unbalance mass reduces greatly and the method developed in this paper is successful.
