模拟涡轮叶片冷却通道的热驱动实验研究

摘要: 在新型超级冷却技术机理研究的基础上,采用模拟涡轮叶片冷却通道的物理模型,对新型超级冷却热驱动换热特性展开实验研究。主要研究了旋转条件下,新型超级冷却的主要影响因素和热驱动换热特性。通过实验研究,结果表明:旋转速度、热流密度和冷气进口速度对新型超级冷却具有显著的影响,并且随着它们的增大,新型超级冷却的换热效果有不同程度的提高。Abstract: Based on the fundamental studies of a turbine blade new cooling technique,the experimental investigation was carried out using a new experimental model with cooling tunnels in centrifugal field.The primary influence factors and heat transfer characteristics were studied.The results show that the rotational speed,density of heat fluxes and cooling air speeds significantly impact the thermally driving heat transfer effectiveness of the new cooling technique.The heat transfer effectiveness of this new cooling technique will be enhanced with the increase of the above mentioned parameters.
