压气机转子三维流场计算中叶尖间隙网格的影响
Effects of Tip Clearance Grids on the Simulations of Three-Dimensional Flow Fields in a Low Speed Compressor Rotor

摘要: 对一带叶尖间隙的低速轴流压气机转子三维流场进行了数值模拟,通过与实验结果对比,分析了叶尖网格匹配、网格质量对压气机转子三维流场计算的影响,发现网格正交性和网格疏密过渡会影响二阶计算精度的收敛,研究还显示压升特性线不能准确的反映网格数目对计算结果的影响。Abstract: The 3-D flow fields of a low-speed axial compressor rotor with a tip clearance were calculated.Compared with experimental results,effects of the tip grid-matching and the grid quality on numerical results were investigated.The result shows the requirement of the gird-matching between the tip clearance and the rotor passage for simulations of flow details in the tip clearance,and the sensitivity of the second-order difference scheme to the grid quality.In addition,it was revealed that the pressure rise characteristics did not exactly reflect the effect of grid numbers on numerical results.
