航空发动机风车阻力的试验确定
Experimental Determination of Aero-Engine Windmilling Drag

摘要: 风车特性是航空发动机设计和考核的重要性能指标,由于风车状态严重偏离发动机的设计工作状态,因此很难准确确定发动机的风车特性尤其是风车阻力特性。本文分析了航空发动机风车阻力的产生机理,推导了发动机高空台试验中风车阻力确定的计算公式,介绍了航空发动机风车阻力确定的试验方法。该方法在某型涡扇发动机风车特性试验中得到了成功应用。Abstract: Windmilling characteristics are one of the important performance indices to engine design and assessment.It is very difficult to accurately determine engine windmilling characteristics,in particular windmilling drag,for the windmilling state seriously deviates from the engine design point.This paper described the mechanism of the aero-engine windmilling drag,and theoretically deduced the formula for determining it in the simulated altitude test,and finally the experimental method for determining the engine windmilling drag was introduced.The method was satisfactorily applied to the windmilling characteristics test of a turbofan engine.
