液体火箭发动机试验台气液管路系统故障仿真及分析
Fault Simulation and Analysis for the Fluid Systems of LPRE Test-Bed

摘要: 根据试验台和试验发动机的静态特性方程,重点针对试验台进行稳态故障效应仿真;采用一维不可压瞬变管流描述液路的流动过程,用特征线法对试验台液路系统的突发性故障所引起的瞬变特征和过度效应进行仿真;对储箱增压系统采用一维可压缩流的有限元状态变量模型描述气体管路的流动过程,并建立减压器、储箱工作过程的数学模型,用四阶龙格-库塔法对其进行故障仿真。仿真过程显示仿真模型和计算方法具有很好的适用性,能有效地建立试验台较为完善的故障模式库;通过分析仿真结果可以对现有试验台的改造、维护以及新试验台的改进设计进行指导。Abstract: According to the static characteristics of the test-bed and the testing LPRE,this paper simulated the main faults effect of the test-bed.Transient characteristics of abrupt faults of the fluid systems were also simulated with the method of characteristic for one-dimensional incompressible transient duct model.Simulation model of the reductor and the pressurized tank were established,and then the fault simulation for the tank pressurization system was carried out with the finite element state-variable model.The aim of this paper is to acquire the static and dynamic faults characteristics of the test-bed.The results indicate that the simulation models and methods are applicable and effective enough to achieve this purpose.The simulation results and analysis can also be used to provide guidance for the test-bed maintenance and amelioration.
