射流布局结构对短通道出流孔流场影响的实验

摘要: 用五孔针对两种不同错排射流布局下小长径比、进出口无倒角的直孔内流场进行了详细的测量,着重研究不同通道高度时射流布局对孔内流动规律的影响。实验结果表明:在通道高度比为1时,射流布局影响较小,孔内流动非常类似;当通道高度比增加到3,5时,射流布局影响明显,使孔内流场出现截然不同的变化;孔流量系数受射流布局影响较大,并随通道高度增加有所变化。Abstract: Experimental investigation was carried out to study the flow fields of the outlet hole in two confined passages with different staggered jet arrangement.Detailed flow field measurements were conducted with a five-hole probe.The influence of jet arrangement on the flow field and discharge coefficient of the outlet hole was investigated.Experimental data show that the jet arrangement has little influence on flow behavior in the passage of low aspect ratio,but play important role on discharge coefficient.Distinctively different flow transformation was found when the aspect ratio increased to 3 and 5,while the variation of discharge coefficient showed similar results.
