矢量喷管机构强度可靠性分析
An analysis of strength reliability of the Vectoring Exhaust Nozzle Machine

摘要: 本文将矢量喷管构件的强度考虑为随机变量,将构件的应力考虑为随机过程,建立了构件结构功能函数的随机过程模型。通过结构功能函数的极小值变换,把功能函数的动态可靠性模型转化为功能函数极小值分布的静态可靠性模型。根据构件应力过程的特点,把构件应力的随机过程简化为Gumber-平稳二项随机过程,并给出了当构件强度分布为正态分布,但分布参数未知时,构件可靠度的最小方差无偏估计值。Abstract: A random process model of structural functional function of components attached to vectoring thrust nozzle was employed,in which strength and stress of components were respectively taken as random variable and stochastic process.By minimizing structural functional function,the problem of dynamic reliability on functional function was converted into static problem.Moreover,according to characteristics of stress random process,minimum variance unbiased estimate of structural reliability of components were employed on the condition that stress process was simplified into Gumber-stationary binomial random process and strength obeyed normal distribution which parameters were unknown.
