旋转叶片频率转向与振型转换特性
Frequency veering and mode shape interaction for rotating blades

摘要: 通过对典型旋转叶片的有限元分析, 讨论了旋转叶片动频特性的“频率转向”和“振型转换”问题, 尤其是关于多模态耦合的复杂“频率转向”和“振型转换”的现象和特点.首先讨论了旋转叶片动频特性中的两阶模态间“频率转向”和“振型转换”问题, 说明了这种耦合振动问题的机理, 然后研究了多阶模态相互耦合所导致的复杂“频率转向”和“振型转换”现象, 对其基本特点进行了详细的分析和说明.Abstract: By the results from direct finite element analyses,frequency veering and mode shape interaction of rotating blade are studied,especially emphasis is placed on the multi-mode frequency veering and shape interaction.Firstly the finite element model of a simple geometry blade is given and the mode shapes and natural frequencies of this simple blade are calculated as a function of rotational speed using the ANSYS finite element program.Then frequency veering and shape interaction for the multi-mode and two-mode of rotating blades are discussed respectively.It is shown that except for the frequency veering problem with two-mode coupling,the multi-mode frequency veering and mode shape interaction of rotating blade are more complicate and must be further researched deeply.
