多循环脉冲爆震发动机工作过程中的延迟时间研究
Investigation of several delay times in operation process of multi-cycle pulse detonation engine

摘要: 为了提高两相脉冲爆震发动机(PDE)工作的协调性, 运用离子传感器、动态压力传感器, 对爆震燃烧的几个延迟时间以及供油电磁阀工作性能进行研究.研究表明:以汽油为燃料、空气为氧化剂的气动阀式PDE, 点火延迟时间为3.0-4.5 ms, 气动阀关闭滞后点火信号发出4.9-6.4 ms, 供油电磁阀开、关延迟分别为2.4ms和3.4 ms左右.缓燃向爆震转捩时间为3.0-3.8 ms.PDE工作频率大于20 Hz时, 电磁阀不能按设定时间工作.研究成果对PDE工作过程的协调及有效控制具有参考价值.

Abstract: In order to promote the operating coordination of a two-phase pulse detonation engine(PDE),the delay time of detonation and operating performance of the solenoid valve were experimentally studied by using ion-sensors and pressure transducers of high-frequency response.The detonation tube is of 58mm inner diameter and 1 270 mm long.Liquid gasoline/air mixture is filled for the engine multi-cycle operations.According to the research,the mixture ignition delay is 3~4.5 ms,the aero-valve closing delay is 4.9~6.4 ms,and the solenoid electric valve on/off delay time is 2.4 ms and 3.4 ms respectively.The transition time from deflagration-to-detonation is about 3.0~3.8 ms.The solenoid electric valve cannot operate orderly when the engine operating frequency is higher than 20 Hz.These data obtained are helpful to coordinate PDE operation process.-
