涡轴发动机转速信号故障对策研究及试车验证
Study of rotor speed sensors fault accommodation and test run of turbo-shaft engine

摘要: 以某型涡轴发动机为对象, 对转速传感器失效状态下全权限数字电子控制系统(FADEC)采取的控制对策进行研究.确定了某型涡轴发动机的容错控制规律.试验在台架条件下进行, 采用“故障模拟杆”方法, 对发动机容错控制进行研究.试验结果表明, 所采用的故障对策和验证方法实施方便, 容错控制能够有效维持发动机的功率输出.验证试验为双发装机匹配提供了有益的经验, 对其它型式的发动机亦具有参考价值.

Abstract: Fault-tolerant control scheme for rotor speed sensor of a turbo-shaft engine and full authority digital engine control(FADEC) was studied.And,the fault-tolerant rule of a turbo-shaft engine was determined.A "fault simulator" was used to carry out fault-tolerant test under a test rig.The results show that,fault accommodation and verification method are easy to implement,and fault-tolerant control can maintain efficiently the power output of engines.The test run provides useful experience for matching of multiple engine installation,and also lays a basis for other types of aero-engines. -
