涡轴发动机叶片调节机构设计及应用
Design of the control mechanism for the multistage axial compressor variable vane

摘要: 针对涡轴发动机叶片调节机构运动关系复杂, 采用齐次坐标分析法结合Matlab软件推导运动方程的设计方法, 并通过优化计算得出构件尺寸.采用该方法, 对某型发动机叶片调节机构进行改进设计, 调节精度达到设计目标.Abstract: The motion of the variable vane assembly of turbo-shaft engine is complicated.The kinetic equation of variable vane assembly was deduced using the method of homogeneous coordinates analysis and Matlab software.The dimensions of variable vane assembly components were optimized.This newly developed method was applied to the design of an engine's variable vane assembly.The calculated results were compared with the simulation result of CATIA.It shows the accuracy of control satisfies the design requirement.
