突片作用下气膜冷却效率的试验研究

摘要: 为了研究突片对气膜冷却的影响规律, 设计了3种不同堵塞比的等边三角形突片, 并对其对气膜冷却特性的影响规律进行了实验研究.研究结果表明, 与无突片的气膜冷却相比, 突片的存在提高了气膜冷却效果;冷却效率随吹风比的增加而增大, 且沿气流方向冷却效率存在一极大值;当吹风比M<1.5时, 冷却效率随吹风比的增加而增大;当M>1.5时, 冷却效率随吹风比的增加而减小.Abstract: In order to study the effect of tab on film cooling,three equilateral triangular test tabs with different blockage ratio were designed,and their effects on heat transfer characteristics of film cooling were experimentally studied.The test results show that the efficiency of film cooling with tab is better than that without tab.The efficiency of film cooling will be increased with the increase in blow ratio,and it has a highest value in the direction of flow.When the blow ratio,the cooling efficiency will be increased with the increase in blow ratio;but when the blow ratio,the cooling efficiency will be decreased with the increase in blow ratio.
