航空发动机中介轴承的特性分析
Performance analysis of aero-engine intershaft bearing

摘要: 针对内外圈同向旋转和内外圈反向旋转的两种航空发动机圆柱滚子中介轴承, 应用拟静力学法对其进行了分析, 讨论了它们的保持架转速与滚子自转转速随径向载荷变化的规律, 并且比较了二者在各自的工作方式下的工作特性.由特性对比可知, 在内外圈反向旋转, 内圈转速大于外圈转速的工作方式下, 中介轴承具有较低的打滑率, 较高的疲劳寿命, 并且有利于密封和转子的振动稳定性;在内外圈同向旋转, 内圈转速小于外圈转速的工作方式下, 中介轴承受载区滚子自转转速较低, 有利于提高滚子的使用寿命.Abstract: Two kinds of aero-engine cylindrical intershaft bearings are analyzed with quasi-static method,in which one has co-rotating inner ring and outer ring,and the other is counter-rotating.Their cage's speeds and rollers' speeds under different radial loads are discussed,and then their operating performances are compared.It is concluded that,when the intershaft bearing is counter-rotating and its inner ring's speed is larger than its outer ring's,it has lower cage slip rate and longer fatigue life,and is helpful to wear and vibration stability of rotor system;when the bearing is co-rotating and its inner ring's speed is smaller,its speeds of rollers in the loaded zone are lower,and it benefits the life of rollers.
